8th) My 10 curly hair commandments

1) Honor, love and care for any and every thy curl

2) Thou shall not sleep in a cotton pillowcase (satin pillowcase and/or hairscarf)

3) Thou shall never use a regular towel when leaving the shower (opt for a cotton t-shirt, a satin hairscarf or a microfiber towel)

4) Thou shall deep condition at least once per week

5) Thou shall touch the curls as few times as humanly possible

6) Thou shall not touch the curls whilst their are drying

7) Thou shall resist sulfates, silicones and bad alcools

8) Thou shall not use heat (or at least use a thermal protectant)

9) On washday, thou shall do a final rinse with cold water (to seal the hair shafts)

10) Thou may never give up on curls
